What does the rental price include?

Rocky Mountain Medical Rentals describes a standard full-electric bed with mattress and rails. Colorado Medical Rental describes a full-electric twin XL bed with mattress and half rails. Fountain Mobility’s rental listing does not identify the exact bed or accessories, while Electropedic provides rental pricing by enquiry. Ask for the actual bed and mattress configuration before treating two prices as equivalent.

How much does delivery add?

Rocky Mountain publishes included delivery, setup and pickup within 30 miles of Aurora, with a $100 fee beyond that radius. Colorado Medical Rental publishes included delivery, setup and pickup in its Colorado Springs–Longmont service corridor and a $100 after-hours charge. AZ MediQuip’s Phoenix bed packages also require a delivery quote. Give each supplier the delivery address and building-access details to confirm the full charge.

Is a monthly rate cheaper for my dates?

A weekly price multiplied by four is not necessarily the supplier’s monthly arrangement. Request both a weekly and a monthly quote for the dates you need. Confirm whether “month” means a calendar month or a fixed number of days, when billing ends, and what happens if you extend or return the bed early.

Do specialty beds cost more?

Rocky Mountain’s separate bariatric listing is $175/week or $600/month, compared with its standard offering at $135/week or $400/month. AZ MediQuip separately prices 36-inch foam, low-air-loss and 42-inch heavy-duty packages. These are different offers, not a universal surcharge. Confirm the specifications your care team recommends and have the supplier quote that configuration.
