Rental-cost comparison calculator

Put the rental charge, delivery, and extras side by side. Use the figures in your written quotes—nothing here is a live provider price.

Use the same dates for both quotes. This planner rounds up to whole billing periods; confirm that each provider bills this way.

Choose the exact number of days in the quoted billing period. Calendar-month, minimum-term, tiered, prorated, refundable-deposit, and mixed weekly/monthly arrangements may need a provider calculation. Unknown charges must be confirmed before these estimates are complete.

How the estimate works.

Equipment charge = rental days divided by days per billing period, rounded up to the next whole period, multiplied by the quoted rate. The total adds your delivery, pickup, and other charges.

For example, 10 days at a hypothetical $100 per seven-day period gives two billed periods: $200 before additional charges. This is an illustration, not a provider offer.

Price is part of the picture.

Compare the actual equipment, delivery arrangements, and return terms too. A lower estimate does not establish that a product is appropriate or that a provider has it available.
