Our own case-study standard

Firsthand Hello Upstairs case studies will be labeled only after direct participation or documented interviews. The record should show the homeowner’s permission, the installer’s role, original before/after images, the agreed scope, the reason for the configuration and a follow-up account. We will separate quoted costs from final invoices and omit identifying home details.
